Key safety tips
⚠️ Airways First — Always Visible, Always Clear
Face visible at all times
Chin off chest (room for a finger)
Nose & mouth completely clear
Baby worn high and close (kissable head)
Check position frequently, especially when asleep
🌡 Keep Cool & Comfortable
Dress in light layers
Remember: you share body heat
Check back of neck or chest for temperature
Use breathable fabrics & shade in warm weather, avoid bulky coats or snowsuits in cold weather.
👶 Follow Baby’s Cues
No set time limit, but take regular breaks
Allow time for feeds, changes, stretching
Watch for early hunger or tired signs
⚠️Sling = Your Arms
Don’t do anything you wouldn’t do holding baby.
Avoid hot drinks, cooking, or risky movement.
📋Use Your Carrier Correctly
Follow weight & age guidelines
